We are proud to begin our Cicle of International Workshops with the parisien born, raised and well established Arnaud Caby.
More about Arnaud Caby
Arnaud was fortunate to start yoga and meditation in his early teenage years.
He has been intensely studying Iyengar Yoga with Corine and Faeq Biria since 2011. He teaches regularly in Paris, and travels regularly to teach in other places in Europe and Africa.
For the last eight years, Arnaud has been part of the Psychological Services of the INSEAD Business School, where he gives stress management sessions and regular meditation classes.
Into the bargain he was recently featured in an article in the New York Times, and has been a model at UNESCO for the “International Yoga Day”, and for the event “Yoga for Peace” as well.
Between his devotion to improve his practice, his travels, and the yogis he crosses on his journey, Arnaud has been tracing a remarkable contribution to the Iyengar Yoga Community.
The Program
The agenda includes over 10 hours of Workshop with Arnaud so it’s gonna be an exciting weekend:
For those who are already in Lisbon on friday, there will be a recovery practice.
The Workshop kicks off on Saturday morning at 8AM and ends Sunday at noon.
Classes will be held in English and French.

Om Iyengar Yoga Lisboa is a reference amongst the Yoga Centers in Portugal. Founded by Elsa Santos it is located in the heart of Lisbon. It is bright, sunny, well-equipped, and has a beautiful oriental garden that provides the calm mood - perfect for deepening the practice of Iyengar Yoga.
The garden is also a great place to share or write down your discerning ideas from the classes.
The Om is fully equipped with Iyengar props, so there’s no need to bring any material. Consider bringing your own mat if you would like to.

The participation fee is 200€, that includes:
Over 10 hours of Workshop with Arnaud Caby;
All-access keycard to the center during the weekend;
Yoga material and props for the weekend;
Event T-shirt and treats our team will provide after each class.
