More about Khaled
Khaled has been practising yoga since 1998 when he tried it to help relieve a lower back injury.
He has been teaching since 2009 and holds the Level 2 Iyengar® teaching certificate. He has attended classes in RIMYI in Pune several times, where he studied with the Iyengar family and helped in the medical classes. Khaled is qualified in Immediate Life Support and works as a Cardiac Physiologist for the NHS.
The Program
The agenda includes over 6 hours of Workshop with Khaled
The Workshop kicks off on Friday at 6PM and ends Sunday at noon.;
Classes will be held in English;

Om Iyengar Yoga Lisboa is a reference amongst the Yoga Centers in Portugal. Founded by Prof. Elsa Santos it is located in the heart of Lisbon. It is bright, sunny, well-equipped, and has a beautiful oriental garden that provides the calm mood - perfect for deepening the practice of Iyengar Yoga.
The garden is also a great place to share or write down your discerning ideas from the classes.
The Om is fully equipped with Iyengar props, so there’s no need to bring any material. Consider bringing your own mat if you would like to.
